I coach executives and leadership teams on the mindsets and levers of AI—what to pull, when to pull it, and how to turn that motion into revenue, margin, and speed. From there, I build: design operating models that actually run, recruit and grow international teams that can carry weight, and drive EBITA with clear owners and short cycles. I translate fast-moving AI vectors into concrete, cross-functional plays—sales, ops, finance, product—then help you pull them in the right order so the whole system moves.

That same discipline carries from single companies to portfolios. I’ve taken R&D to market at scale—€400M+ secured for 300+ organisations across health, agritech, energy, defence, mobility, robotics, and AI—so I know how the capital stack really works: public funds, corporate budgets, PE, venture. Where each fuels growth. Where each jams. How to unstick it. For PE and holding groups I operate at the portfolio level, finding repeatable AI plays, unlocking capacity, compressing timelines, and modelling faster, cleaner exits.

I stay close to the work and the field—speaking and moderating from Brazil to the UAE, California, the UK and Europe as a Singularity Group AI expert; sitting on Nordic cybersecurity and drone startup boards; advising a water-tech SME; and guiding governments on AI, drones, and robotics, including real infrastructure like drone airports. I’ve written six books, two on the business of AI. One line through it all: no theatre—just assets, actions, outcomes.
